Abstract ♦ The article analyses the problem of interaction between local institutions of educational administration and institutions of professional education in the integrated space of municipal education. This factor provides an effective system of services and conditions suitable for all social strata of a region, and also helps to form a new model of pedagogical training which anticipates a new professional pedagogical potential.
The article describes a multilevel and multicomponent model of interaction between municipal educational institutions. Such a structure could be set up either at a municipal educational authority or at a leading regional pedagogical university. An interdepartmental “Municipal center for monitoring and forecasting staff availability in the educational system” can help solve the issue of studying the demand for educators of various qualifications in the course of joint monitoring and forecasting in a municipal educational authority.
The list of subjects of legal relationships may also include job centers, institutions of higher education, vocational colleges and a local (municipal) educational authority which can in the long run coordinate all the components of an educational system in the comprehensive social and economic development of a region.
With regard to the results of monitoring the demand for professionally trained educators at a municipality, a logical system of professional education and career guidance can be built, thus contributing to the development of pedagogical education.
