Abstract ◊ This is a paper presented at the Fifth International Conference on the Foundations of Information Science (FIS-2013) that took place at Moscow University for the Humanities on May 21–23, 2013. The paper examines a conception of learning based on the use of modern information technologies — „learning ecosystem‟.
