Abstract ◊ The article considers the problem of the quality improvement, modernization of educational technologies for higher humanities education. On the basis of a research, the author presents an analysis of the assertions of students as the main consumers of educational services regarding the university lecture, as well as the ways for the improvement of its efficiency.
