Ilinskiy I. M. On the Efficiency of a Monitoring of Tertiary Institutions

Abstract ◊ The article analyzes the results of a monitoring of state and non-state institutions of higher education in 2012. The author states his viewpoint regarding a number of disadvantages of the monitoring and its criteria and substantiates his opinion on the problem of tertiary institutions’ effectiveness at large.
