Abstract ◊ This paper is the opening and closing speeches of the president of the Russian Intellectual Club (RIC) I. M. Ilinskiy at the 24^th session of the RIC that took place on 21 December, 2011. The Russian question is considered as the most vexed, most major, and most important issue for the present and future of Russia and all its folks.
