Taiushev S. S. Crossover Genre as a Phenomenon of Popular Culture

Abstract ◊ The tendency connected with overlapping of layers of elite and mass cultures is currently becoming more and more distinct. This is due to communication technologies development and globalization tendencies where the phenomena of many cultures assume the qualities of elitism getting into  an unsual for themselves context.
